So I'm really tired of how I look and feel. In case no one has noticed, as I'm sure you all have, I've gained a lot of weight the past few years and its time to crack down and shed it. It makes me feel tired, cranky, self-conscious, and angry (at myself).
I'm starting QuickTrim, created by the beautiful Kardashians, and have heard nothing but good stories about it. The guy at GNC told me that (although not typical results) one lady lost 8lbs last week taking it.
Man how I'd love to loose 8 lbs.
So I'm going to be blogging everything I eat and everything I do exercise-wise, and I need people who read this to give me a hard time if you see that I start to slack. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help, and don't feel bad about it either. The only way I'm gunna stick to it is if I have people constantly reminding me that I need to do better, try harder, give more.
So to anyone and everyone who reads this. Please keep reading, and reminding me that I have to do it this time. No stopping, no cheating, nothing.
I didn't start off too well this morning, but I had the last of a box of Trix which I needed to get rid of before my journey because, well, I love them.
So so far:
2 cups of Trix, 1 cup of 2% milk. And yes, I measured.
Safest motorcylist parent ever. This guy totally went 20MPH the whole way down Arden and instead of getting upset because they were being slow, I felt an urge to protect the man and his daughter even more..and so I too rolled down Arden going 20. =)
But to really create a Chia pet of Obama GROWING AN AFRO?!?!?!!
Lets make one of a mexican bent over that grows a row of tomatoes...
One of an asian person holding a bowl that grows noodles...
One of a white person that grows a mullet that comes with a white pillow case for their stupid fucking "rallies".
And to think, someone I work with thought it was funny to write the following when they sent us the link:
"Here is a link to a very special item. Apparently, Walgreen’s has pulled them from their shelves because the items may be racist and thus controversial. He grows an afro. I have already purchased one for my office."
At first I really didn't know what the hype was all about...Edward and Bella shirts everywhere, posters, people wrapping around the theater to catch the midnight showing, Kim's away message expressing her anxious await of the DVD release at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday. LOL. After watching it (twice) today, however, I see what the Twilight hype was all about.
First and foremost let me clarify that it was not full of award winning acting or even a complex storyline. It was good, but definitely not one of my favorite movies of all time. It was, however, my favorite vampire movie of all time. Maybe its the simple fact that as much as it was a vampire story, it was a love story. Kind of like a chick flick on steroids; with a little bit of vampire chasing and blood, but not enough to make me gag over my popcorn bowl (like most, if not all other vampire movies).
I'd have to say that my favorite scene was definitely when Edward takes Bella "spidermonkey" climbing to the top of that tree. How scary, and yet oh so romantic would it be to experience that! The scenery was amazing and actually made me consider the thought of someday visiting Washington. Oh yea, and how freakin LEGIT was the Cullen residence. Straight off of a Kanye blog post. I would kill to have a house like that. No pun intended.
And how strangely handsome was Edward. Really. I mean hes not anyone I'd ever be with but his mysterious stare is kind of hot. Reminds me of Ed Westwick a little bit [Chuck on Gossip Girl]. And that glittery gold skin, Lord knows I'm easily amused with sparkly stuff. HAHA! Kim and I actually had a full conversation about how she's gunna marry him someday. Ok so maybe that's not exactly what we said but she'd love it lol. No, wait. She'd "seriously give up sunlight for the rest of [her] life to have sex with him." HAHAHA, she's off the hook. Her favorite "Edward look" is when he steps out of the car and walks with Bella up to the school with his sunglasses on. I think mine was when he pulls in super fast to save her when those guys are harassing her and he says "get in the car". OoooOoOo agressive, I like. LOL
Chuck Bass - Gossip Girl
Since I mentioned Kim's potential sunlight rescission, can i just say that all of those pale people in one movie just made me want to throw everyone into one giant tanning bed! Sheesh!!! They look almost green or fluorescent! Besides, how hot would they all be if they were just a tad more tan and covered in gold glittery skin. Hello!
Anyway, enough about everything. All in all it was a pretty darn good movie. Thanks Kimmie for encouraging me to take the time to watch it and I actually must say I can't wait for the next one...looks like I'm officially a Twilight nerd.
Since we're on the Kanye subject [which I tend to be on quite often on this blog haha]....
Why do I see half, if not all of Natomas walking around in these as soon as they release...wait wait, make that the next Monday [school day] after their respective release dates.

Hahaha and check this video out....
Homeboy at the end was HELLLLLLLLAAAA funny hahaha. I laughed and replayed this like 5 times. LOL
I already know people are going to think this is the most biased, BS blog ever created because its coming from me, the ultimate Kanye lover, but let's be honest, AMBER ROSE = TRASH!!!
Ugghhhhh!!!
I can't even begin to express my frustration. First things first, let's set the record straight. Yes I like to do different things, but bald heads are not a cute statement. While I like expression I am HIGHLY in love with my femininity and her hair is not cutehideous.
She shoulda left it long...
...but not with the split down the middle.... HAHAHAHA
Yes, she has a nice body...but overrated? A tad. And whats worse, what angers me the most, is that she OBVIOUSLY left her ex-girl [/guy] for the $$$/fame...and YE KNOWS IT AND IS GOING TO LET HER GET AWAY WITH IT!!!
Blahhhhhhh. I could scream.
All right, I guess they look a little better together here...
Call me a hater. Call me what you want to call me. But this is Kanye West. HE CAN HAVE WHOEVER HE WANTS... WHY HER??? [hint: why not me? lol]
Whatever you do, make sure and call me when this happens.
Then, I'll be the happiest woman in the world for him.
Until then, I hope this rose wilts out of his life, fast.
P.S. Whoever suggests that I "let her grow on me", yes, shes not that bad. But I refuse to let her grow on me. Grow the hair and I'll grow to like you.
A few things I would love to furnish my home with [only I don't have the money to splurge on random un-necessaries]:
We all know I'm a hippy at heart so I LOVE the fact that this patio table has a solar panel in it... I could see myself sitting outside, sipping on some iced tea, playing on my laptop thats being charged by MY TABLE!! Ahhh..that would be the life.. -
Gummy bear lights...SUPER CUTE!! -
Hahah... I know we all remember our light-brites. In fact, my god daughter has one! -
I love cuppycaking so this would be the perfect side table for me =) -
And last but not least, who wouldn't wanna lay out and tan on this beauty -
My weekend was so amazing...Valentines day was THE BEST EVER. Had soooo much fun with my love. Will post details tomorrow...for now, I need to rest. Work in the a.m. booooooo.
Love you baby and thank you for everything!
P.S.S. Kristy and Amanda, I too am SO over the rain. Got some new dresses and I'm so ready to wear them! =)
My awards for last Sunday night [I didn't have time to finish these sooner...better late than never :)]...
Best performance [by far!!!]:
Anyone who sees this performance can see the magnitude of talent enveloped on this one stage. In a sense, history was made in this performance, bringing together four of the most respected rappers of our time for an AMAZING exhibition of hip hop at its finest.
P.S. Props to MIA for being out there on her due date...crazy girl! She looked so cute though! =)
Runner up:
Great lyrics + piano playing + raw talent = a very successful JT and TI performance.
Most unnecessarily long speech:
Robert Plant [Record of the year with Allison Krauss]...is it just me or does he look like some kinda creepy pedophile...
Best Dressed Female(s):
Miley Cyrus..whoop whoop! My little homegirl is growing up! Tear. lol
and of course her new BFF Taylor Swift was not far behind. Love the not-so-little black dresses ladies. Very classy. =)
Trashiest:
Solange Knowles and Paris Hilton...I mean I know its not the dressiest award show but A. Their dresses are so short you can almost see panties [if Paris has any on!], and B. ITS FEBRUARY FOR GOD'S SAKE! PUT SOME CLOTHES ON!
Cutest Babymama:
M.I.A. I know her blue dress on the red carpet was not at all cute but this has to be the cutest, most original baby-bump outfit ever put on stage.
Not-so-sure Award:
Kim Kardashian. For the first time, I'm not 100% impressed by Kim's outfit. While the color is simple, I'm not sure I like the big sheer ruffle/bow thing in the front... hmm...
Most unflattering outfit:
Jordin Sparks. Not at all your night. Sorry sweetie.
Ummmm:
So this is so bad that I don't even know what to call the award. She looks like an equestrian/ringleader...BTW Kanye, homegirls got your mullet won over. Shes bangin on you...hahahahah
Cadet of the night:
Estelle. Space cadet that is. I thought the new Star Wars was already done filming...she even has the freakin choker thing..PFTTTTT!!!
Simply-the-best:
Audrina. Simple, subtle, cute dress, delicate hair-do, just enough accessorizing. Good job Audrina. =)
...and of course last but definitely not least...
Best Dressed male(s):
Jay-Z - As usual. Never fails to impress with his simple sophistication. [Guess what J..I have that jacket in brown!!! HAHA]
"The boys" - Black and white + swag = perfect.
Kanye - God I love his edginess!!! Who else could have pulled a sparkly silver jacket...I mean really. <3
